What is our return policy?
We accept unwashed and unworn items purchased from nikiniswimandskin.com with swing tags and hygiene liners still attached within a 14 day period for a full refund or within 30 days for a store credit. Once your items have been received and approved you will receive a full refund for the item or an email with the code for the store credit to the value of the payment received.
Please note: If the item was on offer and goes back to full price you will receive only what you paid.
What if my item is lost in the post?
We send everything recorded so we can track exactly where your items are, and we share this info with you also so you know when to expect your items.
If you are returning an item we strongly suggest recording your delivery, any missing items not recorded wont be refunded or exchanged if they dont make it to us.
Can I exchange an item?
100%, we understand that things change, you can exchange colours, sizes or even you may decide on a different fit, as long as the swimwear is unworn, unused and with the swing tags still attached.
What if I don't have the original packaging?
Thats no problem, as long as the swimwear is unwashed and unworn with tags attached your fine to send in a replacement package.
Do I need to pay for an exchange or a return?
The returns are exchanges are on us, however the shipping is non-refundable.
How do I start my refund/exchange?
For customers in Qatar please email customer_service@nikiniswimandskin.com or WhatsApp on +9745006 9903, alternatively international customers please used the enclosed return label. (the return will be at your own cost)
How long do I have for the return/exchange?
For a full refund (if approved) the items need to be returned in 14 days, for a store credit Nikini Dolls have 30 days.
For exchanges you also have 30 days to exchange an item.
