Returns and refund Policy

We have a 14-calendar day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item(s) to request a full refund. We will provide you with a full refund by way of the original payment method. For store credits and exchanges you will have 30 calendar days.

We aim to refund you within 14 days of receiving and approving the condition of the returned item(s).

 

We do not accept returns for unwanted items after the relevant returns period above. This means that if you request a return, 31 calendar days after receiving the item(s) we will deny the request.  If you attempt to make a return after the returns period or without prior notice via email to us we may send the item(s) back to your default postal address and ask you to cover the delivery costs.

 

All Returned items are responsibility until we receive them. Please ensure they are packed correctly to prevent the item(s) receiving unnecessary damage.  Also ensure you get proof or postage incase of delays or misplaced packages and contact us immediately.

 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

 

To start a return, you can contact us at customer_support@nikiniswimandskin.com. If your return is accepted, we can provide you with a return label, at your cost or you can arrange your own postage.  We do offer free return for residents of Qatar, please get in touch with us for more details.  We will also provide you with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted and will be returned to you, at your cost. 

When we receive your package, we will inspect the condition of the items before proceeding with the reimbursement.  Please bear in mind that in the case of postal returns, we do not accept carriage due or payment on delivery and will not pay the delivery or return charges.

Damages and issues 
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item(s), so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items 
Swimwear with the liner removed and/or tags removed will not be accepted. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item before attempting to return them.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift card purchases.

Exchanges 

We offer exchanges up to 30 calendar days, however the shipping will be charged for residents outside of Qatar.

Refunds 
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your returned Item(s), and let you know if the refund was approved or not. Each return is unique and will be treated on a case by case basis.

The refund period may vary between 7 and 14 working days from receiving your returned item(s). Once we have inspected the condition of the returned item(s), we will notify you by email. If approved the refund will be made using the same payment method used to purchase the item.
