Shipping policy

Standard and Express delivery services are available for most of the countries that we ship to. Please contact us at customer_support@nikiniswimandskin.com for more information. Once you have entered your delivery address on the shopping basket page, you'll be able to see the available delivery services.

Your order will be sent out via the most suitable carrier, dependent on size and weight.

Shipping costs are calculated automatically at the checkout page when both the destination and delivery service are selected.

Tracking is available on most Standard Delivery services and on all Express Delivery services. You will receive a shipping confirmation email from Nikini’s with a tracking link for your order so you can follow its journey.

Once your order has arrived in your country, it may be passed on to an internal postal service, according to standard delivery procedures.

Our carriers deliver during normal business working hours and may require a signature on receipt, so we suggest your order is delivered to an address where someone will be available to accept it.

If you are not in when your parcel arrives, the carrier will leave a card telling you where it is. It might be left in a safe place or there will be details on how to pick up your order or rearrange delivery.

Please be advised that on any public holiday dates in your country, deliveries will not be made. In this instance, please expect your order to arrive the next business day. 

 

After you place an order on our site, you will receive an email confirming that we have received your order and are processing it. To keep you informed about the progress of your order, we will send further email notifications as we dispatch your items. We aim to deliver your order in as few packages as possible. However, please note that in some cases your items may be delivered separatelyWe will inform you via email should we split your order. 

 

In most cases, any customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country.  Nikini’s has no control over these charges and cannot predict the cost for each of our destination as they vary. You may be charged for handling fees and taxes as your order passes through customs. Any charges on a parcel must be paid by the person receiving the parcel.

 

At present Nikini’s does not deliver to BFPO’s and Po Boxes.  When checking out you must provide a residential or commercial address. All incorrect addresses may result in item(s) being returned to Nikini’s, which will result in more shipping fees for you in an attempt re-delivery to a correct address.

 

Nikini’s ships worldwide, our warehouses are in multiple countries, so we will always try to ship from the nearest warehouse to you. However, depending on your location, the delivery time may vary, this is out of our control and normally due to the shipping regulations and timetables to your country.
